积极心理学视域下大学生心理健康教育研究

Research on College Students’ Mental Health Education from the Perspective of Positive Psychology

摘要: 积极心理学对深入推进大学生心理健康教育具有重要意义，其倡导大学生积极心理品质的培育，并对高校立德树人、大学生个人价值实现具有重要作用。当前大学生心理健康教育更为注重问题导向、关注危机干预、倡导教师主导，因而同积极心理学相结合来增强高校大学生积极情绪体验、塑造其积极人格特质、完善其积极支持系统，从而更好发挥大学生心理健康教育实效性、实现高校大学生自由而全面的发展。

Abstract: Positive psychology is of great significance to further promote college students’ mental health education, which advocates the cultivation of college students’ positive psychological quality, and plays an important role in establishing morality and cultivating people and realizing college students’ personal values. At present, college students’ mental health education pays more attention to problem-oriented, crisis intervention, and teacher-led. Therefore, it is combined with positive psychology to enhance college students’ positive emotional experience, shape their positive personality traits, and improve their positive support system, so as to better develop the effectiveness of college students’ mental health education and realize the free and comprehensive development of college students.
