军队新入职文职人员领悟社会支持与心理应激关系:弹性的中介作用

摘要: 目的:了解军队新入职文职人员领悟社会支持、弹性与心理应激的关系。方法:采用领悟社会支持量表、压力(应激)反应问卷、弹性量表,对374名军队新入职文职人员进行测量,使用逐层回归法和Bootstrap法验证弹性的中介作用。结果:1) 军队新入职文职人员领悟社会支持与心理应激呈显著正相关(r = 0.43, P < 0.01);军队新入职文职人员领悟社会支持与弹性呈显著正相关(r = 0.50, P < 0.01);军队新入职文职人员弹性与心理应激呈显著正相关(r = 0.39, P < 0.01)。2) 逐层回归显示军队新入职文职人员弹性在领悟社会支持与心理应激间起中介作用。Bootstrap检验结果表明,领悟社会支持不仅对心理应激有直接预测作用,而且还能通过间接作用影响心理应激。结论:弹性在军队新入职文职人员领悟社会支持与心理应激之间起中介作用。
Abstract: Objective: The purpose of this study is to understand the relationship between perceived social support, resilience and psychological stress of the newly-recruited military civilian staff. Methods: Using the Perceived Social Support Scale, Stress Response Questionnaire, Resilience Scale, 374 newly-recruited military civilian staff tested for perceived social support, resilience and psychological stress, and the mediating effects of resilience were verified using hierarchical regression and Bootstrap methods. Results: 1) There was a significant correlation between perceived social support and psychological stress of the newly-recruited military civilian staff (r = 0.43, P < 0.01); Perceived social support was significantly correlated with resilience (r = 0.50, P < 0.01); Resilience was significantly correlated with psychological stress (r = 0.39, P < 0.01). 2) Layer-by-layer regression showed that resilience played a mediating role between perceived social support and psychological stress. Bootstrap test results show that perceived social support not only has a direct predictive effect on psychological stress, but also affects psychological stress through indirect effects. Conclusion: Resilience played a mediating role in the relationship between perceived social support and psychological stress of the newly-recruited military civilian staff.
