甘草中部分主要成分抗乳腺癌机制的研究进展

摘要: 甘草,因其可解百毒、调和诸药,而被称为“国老”,陶弘景说:“此草最为众药之主,经方少不用者,犹如香中有沉香也”,历代医学典籍中对甘草均有记载,现代研究表明,甘草中的部分主要成分如甘草酸、甘草次酸、甘草素等对乳腺癌细胞具有抑制作用,本文梳理了近年来甘草中部分主要成分的抗乳腺癌机制的研究文献,并在此基础上进行概述。
Abstract: Licorice is called “Guolao” because it can dispel hundreds of poisons and conciliate various medi-cines. Tao Hongjing said: “This herbal medicine is the master of all medicines, there are few classical prescriptions that don’t use it, just as the production of incense always uses aloes.”, which is rec-orded in many medical classics. Modern research has shown that some of the main components of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, such as glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid, and liquiritigenin, have inhibitory effects on breast cancer cells. This paper reviews the research literature on the an-ti-breast cancer mechanism of the main components of Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae in recent years, and summarizes them on this basis.
