摘要: 《塑性成形工艺与模具设计》是材料成型及控制工程专业模具方向课程体系中的核心专业课,是支持就业的重要基础。本文结合《塑性成形工艺与模具设计》课程的特点,对塑性成形工艺与模具设计课程实践教学内容进行深入剖析,从该课程的基础知识教学、认知性实践教学、创新创业实践教学,考核评价体系等多方面进行,提升塑性成形工艺与模具设计的教学质量和教学效果,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高学生自主学习、主动探索的创新能力,以期培养适应“中国制造2025”要求的创新型和应用型人才。
Abstract: “Plastic Forming Process and Die Design” is the core specialized course in the course system of majors in material forming and control technology specialty-mould and lays an important foundation for employment. In this work, the practice teaching content of the curriculum was deeply analyzed from the following aspects: basic knowledge teaching, cognitive practical teaching, innovation and entrepreneurship practice teaching and assessment system based on the characteristics of “Plastic Forming Process and Die Design”. This aims at improving the quality and effect of teaching in “Plastic Forming Process and Die Design”, stimulating the interest in learning, enhancing the innovation ability of autonomous learning and active exploration and finally cultivating the innovative and applied talents to meet the requirements of “Made in China 2025”.
