中西医慢性病管理模式在CAG中的研究进展

摘要: 慢性萎缩性胃炎(Chronic Atrophic Gastritis, CAG)是一种具有癌变倾向的慢性消化系统疾病，其治愈率低，复发率高，患者依从性差，患病率越来越高。研究表明，对CAG进行疾病防控具有重要意义。本文总结了近年来慢性病管理模式的研究进展及其在CAG管理中的应用进展并作一综述，以期为有效地预防胃癌前病变的发生提供新方法。
Abstract: Chronic Atrophic Gastritis (CAG) is a chronic digestive disease with a tendency to cancer, with low cure rate, high recurrence rate, poor patient compliance, and increasing prevalence. Studies have shown that the prevention and control of CAG is of great significance. This article summarizes the research progress of chronic disease management mode and its application in CAG management in recent years, and reviews it, in order to provide a new method for effectively preventing the occurrence of gastric precancerous lesions.
