摘要: 子痫前期(Preeclampsia, PE)作为妊娠期特有并发症,大量潜在的生物标记物已被发现,协助于诊断并治疗PE病情。WNT信号通路是调控生物体内细胞生长、发育及分化的关键信号传导通路之一,在PE发病中起到关键作用。DKK1作为WNT信号通路的拮抗剂,其蛋白表达水平与子痫前期的发病率密切相关,并且现已证实DKK1参与肾脏的病变,成为子痫前期蛋白尿症状的影响因素之一。通过探究DKK1在母体血清中的表达情况,联合尿蛋白水平,探讨二者在PE发病中起到的作用。
Abstract: As a unique complication of pregnancy, a number of potential biomarkers have been identified to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of PE. The WNT signalling pathway is one of the key signalling pathways that regulate cell growth, development and differentiation in organisms and plays a key role in the development of PE. DKK1, an antagonist of the WNT signalling pathway, is closely associ-ated with the incidence of PE. It has also been shown that DKK1 is involved in renal pathology and is one of the factors influencing the symptoms of proteinuria in PE. In this study, we investigated the role of DKK1 in the development of PE by examining its expression in maternal serum in combina-tion with urinary protein levels.
