剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的联合诊断与治疗的研究进展

摘要: 近年来，剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠(Caesarean Scar Pregnancy, CSP)的发生率呈指数上升趋势，主要原因是各国的剖宫产率以及影像诊断技术的进步和妇科医生对于该疾病意识的提高。单一的影像诊断易发生漏诊和误诊，早期联合诊断能够明显提高诊断效能，能够指导妇科临床采取有效的治疗措施，对女性生殖健康有重要价值。本文就CPS的联合诊断与治疗两方面进行简单阐述。
Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of caesarean scar pregnancy (CSP) has increased exponentially, mainly due to the progress of cesarean section rate, imaging diagnosis technology and the im-provement of gynecologists’ awareness of the disease. Single imaging diagnosis is prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis. Early combined diagnosis can significantly improve diagnostic efficien-cy and guide the gynecological clinic to take effective treatment measures, which is of great value for female reproductive health. This article briefly describes the combined diagnosis and treatment of scar pregnancy.
