基于临床思维能力培养的《中药学》课程教学策略的探索
Exploration of Teaching Strategies of Chinese Materia Medica Courses Based on Clinical Thinking Ability Cultivation
摘要: 《中药学》课程是联系中医理论与中医临床的纽带,是培养中医临床专业学生理论联系临床能力、建立临床诊疗思维的初始环节。在中医临床专业《中药学》课程教学中引入案例式教学法,可以引导学生深入思考,构建理、法、方、药一系列诊疗思维体系,是高等教育中医学人才能力培养的重要途径。文章通过探讨符合《中药学》课程教学目标和教学内容医案的收集、筛选及引入方法,构建符合《中药学》课程教学实际的医案教学法与多种教学法整合的教学模式,以期最大程度上发挥案例式教学在《中药学》教学中的积极作用,提升《中药学》的教学质量与效果。
Abstract: The course of Chinese Materia Medica is the bond between the theory of TCM and the clinic of TCM, and it is the initial link to train students of clinical major of traditional Chinese medicine to connect the theory with the clinic and establish the thinking of clinical diagnosis and treatment. The introduction of case teaching method in Chinese Materia Medica course of TCM clinical major can guide students to think deeply and construct a series of diagnosis and treatment thinking system including theory, law, prescription and medicine, which is an important way to cultivate the clinical ability of TCM talents in higher education. In this paper, the collecting, screening and inducting methods of medical records in line with the teaching objectives and contents of Chinese Materia Medica course were discussed to construct a teaching mode integrating various teaching methods and case teaching method in accord with actual teaching practice of Chinese Materia Medica course, in order to maximize the positive role of case teaching in clinical pharmacy teaching and improve the teaching quality and effect of clinical pharmacy.
