互联网虚拟财产的法律性质及其保护问题研究

Research on the Legal Nature and Protection of Internet Virtual Property

摘要: 随着互联网的发展，虚拟经济日益成为一种新兴经济形态，而互联网虚拟财产也因其独特的属性和功能在互联网经济中占据了重要地位。然而，由于相关法律不够完善，互联网虚拟财产的法律性质尚未完全明确，其受到的保护也存在一定的局限性和不足。因此，本文围绕互联网虚拟财产的法律性质及其保护问题展开研究，阐述了互联网背景下虚拟财产的概念及种类，从不同角度对其法律性质进行界定，深入分析虚拟财产保护中存在的问题并提出针对性建议，为相关部门制定政策提供一定的参考。

Abstract: With the development of the Internet, the virtual economy has increasingly become a new economic form, and Internet virtual property also occupies an important position in the In-ternet economy because of its unique attributes and functions. However, due to the imperfection of relevant laws, the legal nature of Internet virtual property has not been fully clarified, and its pro-tection also has certain limitations and deficiencies. Therefore, this paper focuses on the legal na-ture of Internet virtual property and its protection issues, expounds the concept and types of virtual property in the context of the Internet, defines its legal nature from different angles, deeply ana-lyzes the problems existing in the protection of virtual property and puts forward targeted recom-mendations to provide certain references for relevant departments to formulate policies.
