Enright Forgiveness Therapy and Its Application
摘要: Enright宽恕疗法是一种主要针对人际关系冲突中愤怒情绪的干预方法，在西方已被应用于临床和教育领域且取得显著效果。Enright提出了完善的宽恕定义，即受害者放弃对侵犯者的怨恨、谴责和报复的意愿，同时产生同情、慷慨甚至爱的品质，并将宽恕历程划分为四个阶段、二十个单元并提出详细的干预流程。该疗法已被国内外研究者证实其有效性，具有独特的优势及适用范围、较好的文化适应性，但也存在一定局限，如何正确、合理地将其应用在各项领域还有待考究，因此，结合具体研究针对如何应用的问题进行探究。
Abstract: Enright forgiveness therapy is an intervention method mainly aimed at anger in interpersonal conflict, which has been applied to clinical and educational fields in the West and has achieved remarkable results. Enright put forward a complete definition of forgiveness, divided the forgiveness process into four stages and twenty units, and proposed a detailed intervention process. This therapy has been proved to be effective by researchers at home and abroad, with its unique advantages, scope of application, and good cultural adaptability, but there are also some limitations. This paper summarizes and introduces this therapy from various aspects, and puts forward prospects for future research.
