研发型企业核心技术人才激励策略研究——以BN公司为例

摘要: 近年来,国家大力扶持科技创新、技术创新,同时企业市场竞争也愈发激烈。研发型企业中核心技术人才往往掌握着企业最核心的技术知识,是企业长期发展的重要因素。要想发挥出核心技术人才最大的积极性、创造性以及责任感,研发型企业要采用合理的激励策略。核心技术人才的工作性质与普通员工存在不同之处,需求也存在一定差别,企业需要注重这种差别并善于利用。从薪酬、工作环境、职业晋升、培训规划等方面对和对核心技术人才进行激励,拟定具体激励策略,达到强化企业激励成效的目的。
Abstract: In recent years, the state has vigorously supported technological innovation and technological innovation, while the market competition of enterprises has become increasingly fierce. In R & D enterprises, the core technical personnel often hold the most core technical knowledge, which is an important factor for the long-term development of enterprises. In order to give full play to the enthusiasm, creativity and sense of responsibility of core technical personnel, R & D enterprises should adopt reasonable incentive strategies. The nature of the work of core technical talents is different from that of ordinary employees, and there are certain differences in demand. Enterprises need to pay attention to this difference and make good use of it. To motivate core technical talents from the aspects of salary, working environment, career promotion, training planning and so on, formulate specific incentive strategies to achieve the purpose of strengthening the incentive effect of enterprises.
