从“阳微阴弦”角度探析温通气血法在冠心病辨治中的应用

To Explore the Application of Warming and Dredging Qi and Blood Method in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease from the Perspective of “Yang Micro Yin String”

摘要: 现代冠心病与《金匮要略》中的胸痹心痛在临床症状上有诸多相似之处，笔者在跟师临证中发现温通气血法对于冠心病疗效显著，它可以解决“阳微阴弦”所致的寒凝、痰浊、瘀血等本虚标实之证，从根本论治，从而实现阴平阳秘，气血调和而痛止的治疗目标并改善预后，防止复发。故本文基于《金匮要略》中“阳微阴弦”理论，探析了“温通气血”在冠心病辨证施治中的应用基础，以期探求温通气血在治疗冠心病中的重要价值，从而提高中医药防治冠心病的效果。

Abstract: There are many similarities in clinical symptoms between modern coronary heart disease and chest stuffiness and heartache in Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber. The author found that the method of warming and unblocking qi and blood has a significant effect on coronary heart disease in clinical practice. It can solve the syndrome of cold coagulation, phlegm turbidity and blood stasis caused by “yang micro yin string”, and treats it from the root, so as to achieve the treatment goal of yin-yang balance, qi and blood harmony and pain relief, improve the prognosis and prevent recurrence. Therefore, based on the theory of “Yang Wei Yin Xian” in “Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber” this paper explores the application basis of “warming qi and blood” in the treatment of coronary heart disease, in order to explore the important value of warming qi and blood in the treatment of coronary heart disease, so as to improve the effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease.
