口腔健康宣教对大罗村中老年人口腔健康影响的调研报告
Investigation Report on the Effect of Oral Health Education on Oral Health of Middle-Aged and Elderly People in Daluo Village
摘要: 目的：了解口腔健康宣教对临安区大罗村中老年人的口腔健康意识及口腔健康状况的影响，为进一步开展并推广口腔宣教提供参考依据，提升中老年人口腔健康。方法：分层随机抽取大罗村30名中老年人，对口腔健康意识、口腔健康行为及口腔健康现状等设计问卷，并回访调查，所得数据通过SPSS软件进行统计分析。结果：宣教后大罗村村民口腔健康状况有改善。回归分析发现村民口腔健康意识越高其口腔健康行为越好，宣教后大罗村女性口腔健康现状明显较男性口腔健康现状好。配对T检验分析发现村民接受宣教后女性对口腔预防保健知识接受度较男性高。结论：经过宣教后大罗村中老年人口腔健康状况得到改善。医疗卫生机构应针对中老年人群男女对宣教接受度不一致的特点，采取不同的口腔健康宣教措施，提高中老年人口腔健康意识，改善中老年人口腔健康行为。
Abstract: Objective: To understand the effect of oral health education on oral health awareness and oral health status of middle-aged and elderly people in Daluo Village of Lin’an District, so as to provide reference for further development and promotion of oral health education and improve oral health of middle-aged and elderly people. Methods: 30 middle-aged and elderly people in Daluo Village were randomly selected by stratified random sampling. Questionnaires were designed for oral health awareness, oral health care behavior and oral health status, and a return visit survey was conducted. The obtained data were statistically analyzed by SPSS software. Results: The oral health status of villagers in Daluo Village was improved after education. Regression analysis showed that the higher the oral health awareness of the villagers, the better their oral health behaviors. After the education, the oral health status of women in Daluo Village was significantly better than that of men. Paired T-test analysis showed that women’s acceptance of oral preventive health care knowledge was higher than that of men after receiving education in Daluo Village. Conclusion: The oral health status of middle-aged and elderly people in Daluo Village has been improved after edu-cation. Medical and health institutions should take different oral health education measures to im-prove the oral health awareness of middle-aged and elderly people and improve the oral health behavior of middle-aged and elderly people according to the characteristics of inconsistent ac-ceptance of education by men and women.
