浅谈思维导图在儿科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用
Discussion on the Application of Mind Map in Standardized Training and Teaching of Pediatric Residents
摘要: 住院医师规范化培训现已成为医学生毕业后教育的必经之路。儿科疾病种类较多,对于大部分应届毕业生住培学员而言,短期之内要掌握儿科常见病及多发病并非易事。包括思维导图在内的新兴教学方法为住培学员教学提供了有效解决方案。本文对思维导图在儿科住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用做了简要介绍,首先介绍了儿科住培的特点,接着以发热和手足口病为例,具体介绍了思维导图在教学活动中的应用。将思维导图引入到住培教学的各个环节,用直观的图表将疾病的发展、演变、诊断、治疗贯穿起来,对于提高医学生的问诊技巧、理清临床诊治思路具有正向推动作用。
Abstract: Standardized training of residents has now become the only way for medical students to educate after graduation. There are many kinds of pediatric diseases, and it is not easy for most fresh graduates to master common and frequently-occurring diseases in pediatrics in a short time. Emerging teaching methods, including mind mapping, provide effective solutions for the teaching of residential training students. This paper briefly introduces the application of mind map in standardized training teaching of pediatric residents, first introduces the characteristics of pediatric residential training, and then takes fever and hand, foot and mouth disease as examples to specifically introduce the application of mind map in teaching activities. Introducing mind map into all aspects of residential training teaching and linking the development, evolution, diagnosis and treatment of diseases with intuitive charts will play a positive role in improving medical students’ consultation skills and clarifying clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas.
