摘要: 阿尔兹海默症(Alzheimer’s Disease)是一种持续存在的中枢退行性疾病。随着病情发展,患者最终会失去吞咽等基本的生活能力,走向死亡。目前全球范围内没有有效的治疗方法,所以良好的预防很重要。多项研究显示,影响阿尔茨海默症的危险因素分为遗传和环境两个方面,关于阿尔茨海默症的进程如何受到人格、心理和其他社会因素的影响一直是研究的重点。本文将通过论述阿尔茨海默症与人格特征之间的关系,为阿尔茨海默症的防病治病提供参考。
Abstract: Alzheimer’s Disease (AD) is a persistent degenerative disease of the central nervous system. With the development of the disease, AD patients will eventually lose the basic living ability such as swallowing, leading to death. Currently, there is no effective treatment worldwide, so good preven-tion is very important. Many studies have shown that risk factors affecting AD can be divided into genetic and environmental aspects, and how social factors such as personality and psychology affect AD has always been the focus of research. By discussing the relationship between AD and personal-ity characteristics, this paper will provide references for disease prevention and treatment of Alz-heimer’s disease.
