产教融合视阈下高职教师教学能力提升分析
Analysis on the Improvement of Teaching Ability of Higher Vocational Teachers from the Perspective of Integration of Production and Teaching
摘要: 我国社会经济发展正处于重要升级转型阶段,对于技能型人才的需求量非常大。高职院校是为社会培养专业型、技术型人才的重要阵地,在产教融合发展形势下,高职教师要不断提升自身教学能力,为社会培养更多高素质人才。本文主要分析了在产教融合背景下影响高职教师教学能力的主要因素以及当前对高职教师教学能力的定位,重点分析了如何基于产教融合来强化高职教师教学能力,以期能够满足产教融合教学需求。
Abstract:
China’s socio-economic development is in an important stage of upgrading and transformation, and the demand for skilled talents is very large. Higher vocational colleges are an important position for cultivating professional and technical talents in society. Under the situation of integrated development of industry and education, higher vocational teachers should continuously improve their teaching abilities and cultivate more high-quality talents for society. This article mainly analyzes the main factors that affect the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers in the context of integration of production and teaching, as well as the current positioning of teaching ability of higher vocational teachers. It focuses on analyzing how to strengthen the teaching ability of higher vocational teachers based on integration of production and teaching, in order to meet the teaching needs of integration of production and teaching.
