经方治疗肩周炎的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Jingfang in the Treatment of Periarthritis of Shoulder

摘要: 肩周炎因筋骨劳损或感受风寒湿邪等致病因素，易于发生肩关节活动受限等临床表现，而成为影响人类身心健康的一种常见的骨伤科疾病。现代医学治疗本病多采用口服非甾体类消炎镇痛药物或手术治疗等手段，治疗效果不稳定，病情易反复。经方治疗肩周炎具有疗效显著、副作用小等优势特点。通过梳理近几年关于经方治疗肩周炎的临床研究文献，总结探讨葛根汤、当归四逆汤、黄芪桂枝五物汤、芍药汤、桂枝附子汤五大主要经方治疗本病的中医理论基础及临床疗效。以期以经方为代表的中医药能够在临床上更加广泛地运用于肩周炎等骨伤科疾病的治疗。

Abstract: Periperiarthritis of shoulder is prone to pathogenic factors such as bone and bone strain or wind, cold and dampness, and is prone to clinical manifestations such as limited shoulder joint activity, and has become a common orthopedic disease affecting human physical and mental health. Modern medical treatment of this disease is mostly using oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drugs or surgical treatment means, the treatment effect is not stable, the condition is easy to repeat. The classical treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has the advantages of significant curative effect and small side effects. Through combing the clinical research literature on the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in recent years, the theoretical basis and clinical efficacy of the five main prescriptions of puersoup, Angelica Sihui soup, Astragalus Guizhi Wu soup, Peony soup and Guizhi fu seed soup are summarized. It is hoped that the traditional Chinese medicine represented by the classical prescription can be more widely used in the clinical treatment of orthopedics and injury diseases such as periarthritis of shoulder.
