高校师生沟通障碍及应对策略

摘要: 高校师生之间的有效沟通直接影响教育教学的效果。教师应有意识地学习沟通策略，提高沟通技巧，建立心与心的联结。文章阐述了高校师生沟通的方式、作用及当前高校师生沟通中存在的障碍，提出了应对策略。
Abstract: Effective communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities directly af-fects the effect of education and teaching. Teachers should consciously learn the communication strategies to improve the communication skills so that a heart-to-heart connection can be built. This paper expounds the ways and functions of communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities, and the obstacles existing in the communication between teachers and students in colleges and universities, and puts forward countermeasures.
