sdLDL与冠心病的临床研究概况
Overview of Clinical Research on sdLDL and Coronary Heart Disease
摘要: 冠心病是全球第一大死亡原因,当患者达到一定年龄后,会因冠脉狭窄,冠脉血流减少,不能满足机体代谢需要,而逐渐出现临床症状:如心绞痛、心肌梗死、冠状动脉猝死等。因此,本文正是在此背景下进一步研究反映和冠心病的危险指标,使冠心病患者能够更早地得到诊断、治疗及早期预防。
Abstract: Coronary heart disease is the number one cause of death in the world. When patients reach a cer-tain age, they will gradually appear clinical symptoms due to coronary artery stenosis and reduced coronary blood flow, which cannot meet the metabolic needs of the body, such as angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, sudden coronary death, etc. Therefore, this article is just under this back-ground to further study and reflect the risk indicators of coronary heart disease, so that patients with coronary heart disease can receive diagnosis, treatment, and early prevention earlier.
