民办高校英语教师科研能力培养模式探索——以云南工商学院为例
Exploration of the Training Model for Research Ability of English Teachers in Private Universities—Taking Yunnan Technology and Business University as an Example

摘要: 科研能力是高校的重要核心竞争力之一。本文主要探讨了高校教师科研能力的内涵,通过对民办高校英语教师的问卷调查,分析了民办高校英语教师在科研中的痛点、难点问题。针对这些典型问题,对培养高校科研人才的模式进行探索,提出了内外兼修、营造良好的内外部科研环境的应对策略。
Abstract: Research ability is one of the important competitive indicators of universities. This thesis mainly explores the connotation of research ability of university teachers. Through a questionnaire survey of English teachers in private universities, it analyzes the pain points and difficulties faced by English teachers in private universities in scientific research. In response to these typical problems, exploration is conducted on the mode of cultivating scientific research talents in universities, and corresponding strategies are proposed for both internal and external training, creating a good internal and external research environment.
