Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Teacher Enterprise Practice in Higher Vocational Colleges

摘要: 本文阐述了高职教师企业实践的必要性，并进一步从教师自身、企业和学校三方分析了高职教师企业实践当前存在的问题，并针对性的提出了切实解决教师企业实践这一重要任务的可行措施。

Abstract: This paper expounds the necessity of enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational education, further analyzes the current problems in enterprise practice of teachers in higher vocational education from the perspectives of teachers themselves, schools and enterprises, and puts forward targeted measures to effectively solve the important task of enterprise practice of teachers.
