基于“三教”理念中职学生过程性评价研究
Research on Process Evaluation of Vocational School Students Based on the Concept of “Three Devices of Teaching”
摘要: 学生改革一直是我国教学改革关注的重要内容,有效的学生评价对教学改革具有一定的导向作用。《深化新时代教育评价改革总体方案》提出,学生评价要树立科学成才观念,坚持以德为先、能力为重、全面发展,坚决改变用分数给学生贴标签。实现学生的全面发展不仅需要关注学生的学业考试评价,更要注重学习过程中的过程性评价。本文通过分析当前中职学生过程性评价现状中存在的问题及其原因,再以“三教”教学理念为过程性评价的工具,介绍中职学生基于教思考、教体验、教表达的“三教”教学理念,在学习发展过程中的过程性评价优化创新策略。
Abstract:
Student reform has always been an important focus of teaching reform in China. Effective student evaluation has a certain guiding effect on teaching reform. The “Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Education Evaluation in the New Era” proposes that student evaluation should establish a scientific concept of success. Adhere to putting morality first, ability first, and comprehensive development, and resolutely change the use of scores to label students. To achieve comprehensive development of students, it is not only necessary to pay attention to their academic examination evaluation, but also to pay attention to the process evaluation in the learning process. This article analyzes the problems and reasons in the current process evaluation of vocational school students, and then uses the “Three Devices of Teaching” teaching concept as a tool for process evaluation. It introduces the optimization and innovation strategies of process evaluation in the learning and development process of vocational school students based on the “Three Devices of Teaching” teaching concept of teaching thinking, teaching experience, and teaching expression.
