糖尿病母亲新生儿的代谢组学分析研究进展

摘要: 糖尿病母亲如孕期血糖控制不理想,其新生儿患低血糖症、巨大儿、电解质紊乱等疾病的风险会明显增加。目前,诸多学者开展了对糖尿病母亲的新生儿的脐血、尿液、母亲乳汁的代谢组学的研究。本文主要对糖尿病母亲新生儿的各种体液的代谢组学研究进展进行阐述,并讨论新的研究方法。
Abstract: Diabetic mothers with poor glycemic control during pregnancy have a significantly increased risk of neonates with hypoglycemia, macrosomia, and electrolyte disturbances. At present, many scholars have conducted studies on the metabonomics of umbilical cord blood, urine, and mother’s milk of newborns of diabetic mothers. In this paper, we describe the progress of metabonomics studies of various body fluids in newborns of diabetic mothers and discuss new research methods.
