跨境电商背景下岗位需求与高职院校商务英语学生职业能力培养探究

A Study on Job Requirements and Vocational Ability Cultivation of Business English Students in Higher Vocational Colleges in the Context of Cross-Border E-Commerce

摘要: 随着我国互联网电子商务的快速发展，跨境电商也迎来了全新的发展机遇与挑战。本文的研究内容是基于跨境电商背景下，从实际岗位需求角度出发，详细阐述跨境电商背景下企业对学生商业英语职业能力的要求，并且从商务英语课堂体系的构建、优秀教师人才队伍的建设、加强校企合作育人等方面提出商务英语职业能力的培养建议，力求为企业的岗位需求匹配相应的人才职业能力。

Abstract: With the rapid development of Internet e-commerce in China, cross-border e-commerce has also ushered in new development opportunities and challenges. The research content of this article is based on the background of cross-border e-commerce, starting from the perspective of actual job needs, to elaborate on the requirements of enterprises for students’ business English professional competence in the context of cross-border e-commerce, and to propose suggestions for cultivating business English professional competence from aspects such as the construction of a business English classroom system, the construction of an excellent teacher talent team, and strengthening school-enterprise cooperation in educating people, Strive to match the corresponding talent professional abilities for the job needs of the enterprise.
