基于语料库的情侣冲突性话语分析——基于面子保全论

An Analysis of Conflict Talk between Unmarried Couples Based on Corpus—Based on Face-Saving Theory

摘要: 作为男女交往中常见而复杂的言语行为，情侣间冲突性话语一直是人们较为关注的话题。本研究基于Brown和Levinson所提出的面子保全理论，从小红书上选取八十段情侣话语冲突的片段作为语料，建立小型语料库，分析话语冲突三个阶段的言语模式与造成话语冲突的原因，并对情侣话语冲突的解决提供一些策略。研究发现：情侣冲突话语在进入冲突时主要呈现僵持的言语模式，澄清冲突时主要呈现妥协的言语模式，解决冲突时主要呈现求同的言语模式；金钱以及传统社会观念的不合是造成本研究情侣话语产生冲突的两个主要原因。情侣可通过积极礼貌策略和消极礼貌策略对冲突进行解决，以达到修复关系的目的。

Abstract: As a common and complex speech act in the communication between men and women, conflict talk between unmarried couples has always been a topic of concern. Based on the Face-saving Theory proposed by Brown and Levinson, this study selected eighty fragments of conflict talk between unmarried couples from Red Book as research data, and established a corpus to analyze the speech patterns in the three stages of conflict talk and reasons for conflict talk. This study also provided some strategies for resolving conflict talk between unmarried couples. It is concluded that unmarried couples mainly present a deadlocked speech pattern when they enter a conflict, compromise speech pattern in the process of clarifying conflict and speech pattern of reaching a consensus in the process of resolving conflict. Differences in money concepts and traditional social beliefs are the two main reasons for conflict talk between unmarried couples in this study. Unmarried couples can resolve conflicts through positive politeness strategies and negative politeness strategies to achieve the goal of repairing the relationship.
