摘要: 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种全身性多系统疾病,常合并多种并发症,如心血管疾病、骨质疏松、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停等,近年来研究证实可损害中枢神经系统,引起认知功能水平下降,严重影响患者的身心健康和日常生活。本文通过对相关文献的回顾,综述COPD患者出现认知障碍的相关因素及干预方式进行归纳整理,为COPD患者合并认知障碍的病情预防及延缓提供依据。
Abstract: Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a systemic multi-system disease, often combined with various complications, such as cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, obstructive sleep apnea, etc. In recent years, studies have proved that it can damage the central nervous system, cause the decline of cognitive function, and seriously affect the physical and mental health of patients and daily life of patients. Through the review of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the relevant factors of cognitive impairment in COPD patients, so as to provide a basis for the prevention and de-lay of COPD patients with cognitive impairment.
