Abstract: Cancer is a worldwide problem that is difficult to overcome. NK cells are important immune cells in the body. More and more researchers have paid attention to NK cell immunotherapy. Studies have found that NK cells play an antitumor role in a variety of cancers. In this paper, the molecular mechanism of NK cells and their anti-tumor effects on hepatocellular carcinoma, gastric cancer, bladder cancer and lung cancer are reviewed.
