Analysis of Serum Pyrodeath Re-lated Proteins and Renal Injury in Patients with Type 2 DKD
Abstract: Diabetic nephropathy (DKD) is one of the most common complications of diabetes and the main cause of end-stage renal disease. Globally, 30%~40% of diabetic patients progress to DKD due to disease delay, and the five-year survival rate of patients with end-stage re-nal disease is less than 20%. Therefore, delaying DKD progression is of great significance for im-proving patients’ quality of life. Current studies have found that the aseptic inflammatory mecha-nism in the progression of type 2 DKD is closely related to the progression of the disease.
