摘要: 父母过度教养是指父母期望孩子能达到自己的要求,而对孩子的生活过度关注和干涉的一种养育方式。梳理相关研究发现,父母过度教养会对孩子的心理发展产生多种不良影响,如,孩子学业成绩下降、限制孩子的独立性和自信心、伤害孩子情感健康等。现有研究采用依恋理论、自我决定理论、家庭系统理论等对其消极影响过程进行解释。未来研究的关键在于从纵向角度出发研究过度教养对子女的影响、发展适用于本土化的测量工具、加强父母与孩子三者的交互关系研究。
Abstract: Parental over-parenting refers to a parenting style in which parents expect their children to meet their own requirements and overly focus on and interfere with their children’s lives. According to relevant research, over-parenting by parents can have various negative effects on children’s psychological development, such as decreased academic performance, limitations on their independence and confidence, and harm to their emotional health. Existing research uses attachment theory, self-determination theory, family system theory, and other theories to explain its negative impact process. The key to future research lies in studying the impact of over-parenting on children from a vertical perspective, developing measurement tools suitable for localization, and strengthening the interaction between parents and children.
