幼儿园家委会开展中的实然困境及其对策

Kindergarten Family Committee in the Development of the Actual Predicament and Its Countermeasures

摘要: 幼儿园家长委员会是实现家园共育的桥梁，其有效运行有利于形成教育合力，提高幼儿园、家庭教育水平，对幼儿的健康发展起到促进作用。幼儿园家委会组织虽然有其应然优势，但在实际开展中仍面临着组建缺乏统一规范，工作计划性不足，开展的活动单一，管理职能发挥不充分，成员缺少培训与指导等困境。本文立足于幼儿园家委会开展实际，基于以上问题分析，进一步探讨家委会有效开展的策略，以便充分发挥幼儿园家委会的作用。

Abstract: The kindergarten parent committee is the bridge to achieve home cobreeding, its effective opera-tion is conducive to the formation of educational forces, improve the level of kindergarten, family education, to promote the healthy development of children. Although the kindergarten family committee organization has its due advantages, it still faces difficulties in the actual development, such as lack of unified norms, lack of work planning, single activities, inadequate management functions, and lack of training and guidance for members. Based on the actual development of the kindergarten family committee, based on the analysis of the above problems, this paper further discusses the effective strategy of the family committee, in order to give full play to the role of the kindergarten family committee.
