旅游高等职业教育人才培养方向探究

Exploring the Direction of Cultivating Talents in Tourism Higher Vocational Education

摘要: 旅游高等职业院校是培养优秀导游人员的重要场所，为适应现今旅游行业的发展，旅游高等职业院校必须改变“同质化”的培养方向。文章在分析我国旅游高等职业教育人才培养方向现状的基础上，进行了深度思考，以期对旅游高职院校有效地实现旅游高职人才培养目标有所启示，从而实现旅游人才供给与需求质的动态平衡。

Abstract: Tourism higher vocational colleges are an important place to train excellent tour guides. In order to adapt to the development of tourism industry, tourism higher vocational colleges must change the training direction of “homogeneity”. Based on the analysis of the current situation of talent training in higher vocational education of tourism in China, this paper gives deep reflection, in order to provide some enlightenment for higher vocational colleges to effectively achieve the goal of talent training in tourism, so as to achieve the dynamic balance between the supply and demand of tourism talent.
