摘要: 应国家政策的号召和行业发展的需要，财务管理需要向智慧化转型，本文基于当今时代特点，从智慧财务发展背景出发，思考智慧财务应具有的内涵，了解智慧财务的基本特征，设立了一套智慧财务体系框架，梳理了智慧财务建设的基本思路，提出了智慧财务部分具体建设路径，希望为相关企业提供经验借鉴。

Abstract: In response to the call of national policies and the needs of industry development, financial management needs to transform to intelligence, based on the characteristics of the current era, starting from the background of smart finance development, this paper thinks about the connotation of smart finance, understands the basic characteristics of smart finance, establishes a set of smart financial system framework, sorts out the basic ideas of smart finance construction, puts forward the specific construction path of smart finance, and hopes to provide experience for related enterprises.
