基于平衡计分卡下的民办高校全面预算管理研究
Research on Comprehensive Budget Management of Private Universities Based on the Balanced Scorecard
摘要: 预算管理是民办高校财务工作的重要内容，想要充分利用好有限资源，提升学校的综合实力，必须重视民办高校的全面预算管理工作。本文首先分析了民办高校全面预算管理体系所存在的一些问题，再基于平衡计分卡，选取合适的预算绩效评价指标，构建全面预算管理体系，以期弥补现有民办高校全面预算管理体系的不足，优化民办高校的资源配置。
Abstract:
Budget management is an important part of the financial work of private colleges and universities, and in order to make full use of limited resources and improve the comprehensive strength of schools, we must pay attention to the comprehensive budget management of private universities. This paper first analyzes some problems in the comprehensive budget management system of pri-vate universities, and then selects appropriate budget performance evaluation indicators based on the balanced scorecard to construct a comprehensive budget management system, in order to make up for the shortcomings of the existing comprehensive budget management system of private universities and optimize the resource allocation of private universities.
