校乡合作背景下大学生志愿服务育人功能探析——基于育舟书行项目的实践

Exploration of the Education Function of College Students Volunteer Service under the Background of University-Rural Cooperation—Based on the Practice of Yuzhou Project

摘要: 大学生志愿服务是培养道德修养的重要手段，具有提高认知水平、培育社会责任感、提升家国情怀、增强综合素养等育人功能。现今高校与乡村的合作成为了助力乡村振兴、推进志愿服务育人的有效途径，但在志愿服务活动的实施中仍面临着政策支持、活动保障、育人评价等方面的不适切。在校乡合作背景下，高校需要积极探索大学生志愿服务的专业化建设路径，通过加强志愿组织间合作、构建志愿服务激励系统、建立统一评价机制等方法引导组织大学生开展志愿服务活动，以期形成可复制、可推广的长效育人机制。

Abstract: Volunteer service of college students is an important method to develop moral qualities, which has the function of educating people by improving cognitive level, cultivating social responsibil-ity, enhancing patriotism and strengthening comprehensive education. Nowadays, the coopera-tion between colleges and villages has become an effective way to help rural revitalization and promote volunteer service to educate people, but the implementation of volunteer service activities still faces the discomfort cut in policy support, activity guarantee and evaluation of education. Under the background of university-rural cooperation, universities need to explore the professional construction path of college students’ volunteer service, and guide and organize college students to carry out volunteer service activities by strengthening cooperation among volunteer organizations, constructing volunteer service incentive system and establishing unified evaluation mechanism, with a view to forming a replicable and extendable long-term education mechanism.
