构建面向“国际张”的涉外应急语言服务体系研究

Research on Constructing Emergency Language Service System Concerning Foreign Affairs towards “Internationalized Zhangjiajie”

摘要: 本文立足于张家界涉外应急语言环境建设状况，从涉外应急语言基础设施建设、涉外应急语言服务规划、涉外应急语言服务能力和涉外应急语言人才培养四个维度构建面向“国际张”的涉外应急语言服务体系。研究结果可以用来指导“国际张”涉外旅游企业的应急语言服务实践，服务政府涉外应急语言服务的决策咨询，促进张家界国际语言环境建设和张家界建设世界一流旅游城市目的地的“国际化”进程。

Abstract: Based on the emergency language environment construction concerning foreign affairs in Zhangjiajie, this article constructed an emergency language service system concerning foreign affairs towards “internationalized Zhangjiajie” from four dimensions, including emergency language infrastructure, planning, capabilities, and talent cultivation. The research results can be used to guide the emergency language service practice concerning foreign tourism enterprises towards “internationalized Zhangjiajie”, serve the decision-making consultation for the government, and promote international language environment construction and “internationalization” of Zhangjiajie as the world-class tourism destination.
