疫情背景下的医学高等教育线上教学的思考

Reflections on Online Teaching of Medical Higher Education under the Background of Epidemic Situation

摘要: 近年来由于新冠疫情的肆虐，各个领域均受到很大程度的影响，教育教学方面的影响尤为显著。我国人口基数大，人口众多，居住人口密集，因此这也使得为了继续开展教学必须采用新的教学模式。因此，在综合了国内外多项教学模式的基础之上，我们针对医学生主要采用线上教学的方式，通过多个网络平台以及教学软件从而让学生们能够将这些注重实践的医学知识能够灵活掌握。本文首先对线上教学进行了总体分析，随后分析了医学生线上教学过程中出现的问题，如课程进行中出现网络卡顿、学生自律性差异明显、线下实践操作训练不足及学生心理不稳定等，之后探讨了线上教学的应用价值和线下教学的区别，在一定程度上为医学专业的线上教学提供有益参考。

Abstract: In recent years, due to the raging of the new coronavirus epidemic, various fields have been greatly affected, especially in education and teaching. China has a large population base, a large population and a dense residential population, so this also makes it necessary to adopt a new teaching mode in order to continue teaching. Therefore, on the basis of a number of teaching modes at home and abroad, we mainly use online teaching methods for medical students, through multiple network platforms and teaching software, so that students can flexibly master this practical medical knowledge. This paper first makes an overall analysis of online teaching, and then analyzes the problems in the process of medical students’ online teaching, such as network jam, obvious differences in students’ self-discipline, insufficient offline practical operation training and students’ psychological instability. Then it discusses the application value of online teaching and the difference between offline teaching, which provides a useful reference for online teaching of medical majors to a certain extent.
