摘要: 《生物分离工程》是理论和实践紧密结合的一门专业核心课程,本文结合生物工程下游技术工艺实践,从每种技术的历史背景、原理方法和工程应用三个方面深入挖掘思政元素。在三阶段四环节的教学过程中,利用PBL问题导向、案例分析、任务驱动的教学方法将专业知识与思政元素有机融合,形成生物分离技术“去粗取精”,传统文化和工艺“传承创新”的生物分离工程课程特色的思政教学体系。在传授学生专业知识的同时,提升学生专业认同感,弘扬中国古人智慧和历代生物科研人员的科学精神,引导学生传承和创新分离纯化技术,为生物技术发展贡献力量。
Abstract: “Biological Separation Engineering” is a core professional course closely combining theory and practice. This paper combines the downstream technology and process practice of bioengineering, and explores ideological and political elements from the historical background, principle and method of each technology and engineering application. In the teaching process of three stages and four links, the professional knowledge and ideological and political elements are organically integrated to form an ideological and political teaching system with the characteristics of Bioseparation Engineering of PBL-driven, case analysis and task-driven teaching methods. An ideological and political teaching system featuring “eliminating the rough and selecting the best” of bioseparation technology and “inheriting and innovating” of traditional culture and technology has been formed. While teaching students professional knowledge, the students’ professional identity is enhanced, the wisdom of ancient Chinese and the scientific spirit of biological researchers of past dynasties is carried forward, and the students are guided to inherit and innovate the separation and purifica-tion technology, contributing to the development of biotechnology.
