太极推手运动对大学生身体素质影响的实验研究
Experimental Study on the Influence of Tai Chi Pushing Hands Movement on Physical Fitness of College Students
摘要: 目的:探究太极推手运动对大学生身体素质所产生的实际影响。方法:本研究采用实验法,选取菏泽学院60名大学生作为实验对象并随机分组,其中实验组进行太极推手的练习、对照组进行24式简化太极拳套路练习,两组练习共持续16周,每周2次,每次90分钟。在实验前后对实验对象的身体素质指标进行测试并将测试数据进行对比分析。结果:实验前实验组与对照组之间无显著性差异(P > 0.05),实验后实验组男生握力显著高于对照组男生(P < 0.05),对照组男生坐位体前屈显著高于实验组男生(P < 0.05),实验组在实验后握力、引体向上(男)/仰卧起坐(女)、立定跳远、反应时、闭眼单脚站立、女生坐位体前屈指标都有了非常显著的提升(P < 0.01),男生坐位体前屈显著提升(P < 0.05),对照组坐位体前屈、闭眼单脚站立指标在实验后提升非常显著(P < 0.01),其余指标未发生显著性变化(P > 0.05)。结论:太极推手运动能使大学生的身体素质得到明显提升,且与太极拳套路在提升大学生身体素质方面各具优势,可为互补。
Abstract: Objective: To explore the effect of Tai Chi pushing hands movement on physical fitness of college students. Methods: In this study, 60 college students from Heze University were selected as ex-perimental subjects and randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group practiced tai chi pushing hands and the control group practiced 24-style simplified tai chi routine. The two groups practiced for 16 weeks, twice a week, 90 minutes each time. Before and after the experi-ment, the physical fitness indexes of the subjects were tested and the test data were compared and analyzed. Results: Before the experiment, there was no significant difference between the experi-mental group and the control group (P > 0.05). After the experiment, the grip strength of the ex-perimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05), and the seated forward flexion of the control group was significantly higher than that of the experimental group (P < 0.05). In the experimental group, after the experiment, the grip strength, pull-up (male)/sit-up (female), standing long jump, reaction time, standing on one foot with eyes closed, female sitting forward flexion index significantly increased (P < 0.01), male sitting forward flexion significantly increased (P < 0.05). In the control group, the indexes of sitting forward flexion and standing on one foot with eyes closed were significantly increased after the experiment (P < 0.01), while the other indexes had no significant changes (P > 0.05). Conclusion: Tai Chi pushing hands movement can significantly improve the physical quality of college students, and Tai Chi routine has its own advantages in improving the physical quality of college students, which can be complementary.
