初产臀位妊娠晚期自发性子宫破裂1例

A Case of Spontaneous Uterine Rupture in the Third Trimester of Pregnancy in the Primary Breech Position

摘要: 子宫破裂是产科罕见且处理极为棘手的并发症之一，如处理不当，可导致孕产妇及围产儿不良结局，可分为瘢痕子宫破裂和非瘢痕子宫破裂，后者易在临床工作中忽视，现报道1例因胎位异常引发妊娠晚期自发性子宫破裂病例，其目的是为了引起产科工作者对非瘢痕子宫破裂的警惕性，改善母儿结局。

Abstract: Uterine rupture is one of the rare and extremely difficult complications in obstetrics, such as im-proper treatment, can lead to maternal and perinatal adverse outcomes. Uterine rupture can be di-vided into scarred uterine rupture and scarless uterine rupture. The latter is easy to ignore in clin-ical work. Now we reported 1 case of spontaneous uterine rupture in the third trimester of preg-nancy caused by abnormal fetal position. The purpose is to cause obstetric workers to be vigilant about scarless uterine rupture and improve maternal and infant outcomes.
