膳食纤维对妊娠期糖尿病影响的研究进展

摘要: 妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)是妊娠期特有的并发症,发病率高,不仅影响母婴健康,还可增加围产并发症及子代成年后患2型糖尿病的风险。膳食纤维(DF)作为膳食补充剂可调节肠道菌群、促进肠道蠕动,改善糖耐量异常,还能减轻胰岛素抵抗和糖尿病慢性并发症。大量研究发现DF可改善GDM孕妇的糖代谢和胰岛素抵抗,提高新生儿质量。本文就DF对GDM的肠道菌群、孕期增重及缓解胰岛素抵抗的作用进行综述,以期为临床防治妊娠期糖尿病提供参考。
Abstract: Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is a unique complication of pregnancy with a high incidence. It not only affects maternal and infant health, but also increases perinatal complications and the risk of type 2 diabetes in the offspring in adulthood. Dietary fiber (DF) as a dietary supplement can reg-ulate intestinal flora, promote intestinal motility, improve abnormal glucose tolerance, and reduce insulin resistance and chronic complications of diabetes. A large number of studies have found that DF can improve glucose metabolism and insulin resistance in pregnant women with GDM and im-prove newborn quality. This article reviewed the effects of DF on intestinal flora of GDM, weight gain during pregnancy and insulin resistance, in order to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of gestational diabetes.
