临床医学本科专业教育教学改革探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Education and Teaching Reform of Clinical Medicine Undergraduate Specialty

摘要: 随着中国经济的快速发展，各临床学科知识技术水平的融合提升，医疗卫生领域得到不断推进，人民对健康的需求正在迅速上升。国家越来越需要具备综合性服务能力的高质量高水平医疗卫生行业人才，这也进一步提高了临床医学本科教育的要求。当下传统的临床医学本科专业教育方式面临着巨大的压力和挑战，推进医学教育教学改革，培养高质量医学人才显得尤为紧迫。通过查阅目前医学教育教学改革文献，笔者提出改进现有教学模式，以学生发展为中心，秉承有利于社会医疗卫生健康建设、有利于培养学生优秀实践能力的医学教育理念，解决目前教育模式存在的弊端，完善临床医学本科专业教育教学体系，为构建更加平衡、合理、可持续的教育教学模式提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of China’s economy, the integration and improvement of knowledge and technology of various clinical disciplines, the medical and health field has been continuously promoted, and the people’s demand for health is rising rapidly. The country’s medical and health industry increasingly needs high-quality and high-level medical and health industry talents with comprehensive service capabilities, which further improve the requirements of clinical medical education for undergraduates. At present, the traditional education mode for clinical medical undergraduates is facing great pressure and challenges, so it is particularly urgent to promote the reform of medical education and teaching, and to cultivate high-quality medical talents. By consulting the current medical education teaching reform literature, the author advocates improving the existing teaching mode, focusing on students’ development, adhering to the educational philosophy that is conducive to social medical and health construction as well as to the training of medical elites with more excellent practical medical capacity. Furthermore, we also insist on eliminating the shortcomings of the current teaching patterns, improving the undergraduate education and teaching system of clinical medicine, and making important contributions to building more balanced, reasonable, and sustainable teaching patterns.
