科研论文中中医术语的英译问题研究

摘要: 为使国内学者和翻译人员更加地了解中医药在学术领域的传播现状以及英语世界的表达特点，本文以科研论文当中的中医术语为研究对象，选取了近年来发表在中医杂志英文版(Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine, JTCM)与美洲中国医学杂志(The American Journal of Chinese Medicine, AJCM)中的三十余篇科研论文，论文内容均为中医药主题，分析现阶段中医术语的翻译现象，从中医文化内涵、医理内涵，以及译文接受度方面探讨了其翻译特点和翻译问题。以期为翻译专业人员和学者提供具体翻译实践经验。
Abstract: To enable domestic scholars and translators to better understand the current situation of the spread of traditional Chinese medicine in the academic field and the expression characteristics of the English-speaking world, this paper takes the TCM terms of scientific research papers as the research objects. More than 30 papers from the Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine (JTCM) and The American Journal of Chinese Medicine (AJCM) published in recent years were selected for the research. All of them are about traditional Chinese medicine. In this paper, issues about TCM translation at this stage were analyzed to discuss its translation characteristics in terms of TCM cultural connotation, medical connotation, and translation acceptance. With a view to providing translation professionals and scholars with practical experience in translation.
