摘要: 本文旨在探讨创新创业教育对大学生综合素质的影响，主要通过对所带领的“大创计划”项目学生的观察、面谈等方式进行研究。通过实践发现，创新创业教育能够提高学生的创新意识和创新能力，激发学生的创业热情和创造力，并增强学生的团队协作精神和沟通能力。此外，创新创业教育还能够帮助学生拓宽视野，增强学生的自我认知和职业规划，提高学生的就业竞争力。研究表明，创新创业教育对大学生的综合素质提升具有积极意义和价值，应得到更多的关注和推广。本研究提供了有关创新创业教育的实践案例和启示，对于推动高校教育改革和人才培养具有重要的实践意义。

Abstract: This paper aims to explore the impact and enhancement of innovation and entrepreneurship education on the comprehensive quality of college students. The research is primarily conducted through observation, interviews, and other methods involving students participating in the “In-novation and Entrepreneurship Training Program” that I lead. The practical findings show that innovation and entrepreneurship education can improve students’ innovative awareness and ability, stimulate their entrepreneurial enthusiasm and creativity, and enhance their teamwork and communication skills. In addition, innovation and entrepreneurship education can help stu-dents broaden their horizons, enhance their self-awareness and career planning, and improve their competitiveness in employment. The research indicates that innovation and entrepreneur-ship education has positive significance and value for enhancing the comprehensive quality of college students, and should receive more attention and promotion. This study provides practical examples and insights on innovation and entrepreneurship education, which has important practical significance for promoting higher education reform and talent cultivation.
