基于现代医疗和生活条件下浅谈肝硬化患者的饮食疗法

Discussion on Dietary Therapy for Patients with Liver Cirrhosis Based on Modern Medical and Living Conditions

摘要: 肝硬化是一种慢性、进行性、弥漫性的肝病，由病毒性肝炎、酒精性肝病、自身免疫性肝病、脂肪肝等多种因素所导致。其发病过程异常复杂，也是临床上最常见的难治性疾病。病理学上表现为肝脏弥漫性纤维化和结构改变的慢性肝病，主要由肝细胞损伤引起的炎症反应和纤维化反应共同作用导致。本文简述了就目前的现代医疗和生活条件下饮食疗法对肝硬化患者的影响。

Abstract: Cirrhosis is a chronic, progressive and diffuse liver disease caused by viral hepatitis, alcoholic liver disease, autoimmune liver disease, fatty liver and other factors. The pathogenesis is extremely complex, and it is also the most common refractory disease in clinic. Chronic liver disease, patholog-ically characterized by diffuse fibrosis and structural changes in the liver, is mainly caused by in-flammation and fibrosis caused by hepatocyte injury. In this paper, the influence of diet therapy on patients with liver cirrhosis under the current modern medical and living conditions was briefly described.
