社区养老服务对独居老人的生活满意度研究——基于2018年CLHLS数据的实证分析

A Study on the Life Satisfaction of the Elderly Living Alone with Community Elderly Care Services—Empirical Analysis Based on 2018 CLHLS Data

摘要: 本文的目的是研究不同类型社区养老服务对独居老人的生活满意度影响，从而为改善独居老人生活满意度提供依据。本文基于中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查(简称“中国老年健康调查”，英文缩写CLHLS) 2018年调查数据，采用有序回归模型对数据进行分析，探讨不同社区养老服务对独居老人生活满意度的影响。结论：独居老年人对日常购物服务，提供保健知识服务以及上门看病、送药服务并不关注，我们要关注的是老年人的心理健康、避免孤独，以及及时提供法律方面的服务。

Abstract: The purpose of this article is to study the impact of different types of community elderly care services on the life satisfaction of solitary elderly people, thereby providing a basis for improving their life satisfaction. Based on the 2018 survey data of the China Elderly Health Impact Factor Tracking Survey (CLHLS), this article analyzes the data using an ordered regression model to explore the impact of different community elderly care services on the life satisfaction of solitary elderly people. Conclusion: The elderly living alone do not pay attention to daily shopping services, providing health knowledge services, as well as door-to-door medical and drug delivery services. What we should pay attention to is the psychological health of the elderly, avoiding loneliness, and providing timely legal services.
