雅思备考课程中使用的教材评估

摘要: 材料评估是所有语言教师在日常教学中使用的技能，尤其是在为学生寻找合适材料的时候。然而，这些教师使用的方法通常是非正式和不系统的。本文将试图构建一种用于评估教材的方法，用于评估中国一家私立语言机构的雅思考试备考课程中使用的教材。笔者将尝试探索两本选定的教材中哪一本更适合当时的情况和背景。
Abstract: Material evaluation is a skill that all language teachers constantly use during everyday teaching, especially when searching for suitable materials for their students. However, the method these teachers use is usually informal and unsystematic. This paper will attempt to construct a method for the evaluation of the course book for use in an IELTS test preparation course in a private lan-guage institution in China. It will seek to find out which of the two selected course books is more suitable for the situation and context.
