基于OBE理念的社会体育指导与管理专业课程改革思路与实现路径探究

Research on the Reform Thinking and Realization Path of Social Sports Guidance and Management Major Curriculum Based on OBE Concept

摘要: 随着社会经济与体育事业的快速发展，针对就业方面的情况，目前传统的社会体育指导与管理专业人才培养模式已不能满足社会职业的需要。在OBE模式的普及下，社会体育指导与管理专业有了更清晰的发展路线。在OBE理念模式的基础上，社会体育指导与管理人才的培养有了更具体、更清晰的目标，也为解决当前社会体育指导与管理专业存在的问题提出了优化方案。对其出现的现实问题进行探究，提出几点建议，以期实现人才培养目标的高效化，提升人才培养质量。

Abstract: With the rapid development of social economy and sports, aiming at the employment situation, the current traditional training mode of professional talents in social sports guidance and management can no longer meet the needs of social occupation. With the popularization of OBE model, the major of social sports guidance and management has a clearer development route. On the basis of OBE concept model, the training of talents in social sports guidance and management has a more specific and clear goal, and also puts forward an optimization scheme to solve the problems existing in the major of social sports guidance and management. This paper probes into the existing problems and puts forward some suggestions in order to realize the high efficiency of talent training objectives and improve the quality of talent training.
