住院新生儿疾病谱变化及研究现状

摘要: 随着围产新生儿医学的发展，新生儿的救治存活率已经明显增高，各种疾病的发生率及死亡率均降低，治愈好转率提高，新生儿疾病谱、治疗方法也发生了明显的变化。通过住院新生儿进行流行病学调查，对住院新生儿基本临床资料进行总结、分析、研究，可制作住院新生儿疾病谱，提高临床综合诊疗水平。本文对我国住院新生儿疾病谱特点及变化趋势进行综述，为临床提供一定的帮助。
Abstract: With the development of perinatal neonatal medicine, the survival rate of neonatal treatment has been significantly increased, the incidence and mortality of various diseases have been reduced, the cure rate of improvement, neonatal disease spectrum, treatment methods have also changed sig-nificantly. Through the epidemiological investigation of hospitalized neonates, the basic clinical da-ta of hospitalized neonates are summarized, analyzed and studied, which can make the disease spectrum of hospitalized neonates and improve the level of clinical comprehensive diagnosis and treatment. This paper summarizes the characteristics and changing trends of the spectrum of dis-eases of neonatal inpatients, so as to provide some help for the clinic.
