乡村振兴战略背景下民族地区农民增收路径研究——以H市为例

Research on the Path of Increasing Farmers’ Income in Ethnic Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy—Taking H City as an Example

摘要: 乡村振兴战略背景之下，促进民族地区的可持续发展，突破农民增收的困境，将产业兴旺作为乡村振兴的基础，锁定民族地区的特色农业产业，全面推进乡村振兴。本文以民族地区H市为例，该地农民增收困境主要有农业产业结构单一、公共基础设施不足、农业生产技术水平低。针对上述农民增收所面临的困境，结合乡村振兴战略提出农民增收的可行性路径及建议。

Abstract: Under the background of rural revitalization strategy, it is necessary to promote the sustainable development of minority areas, break through the dilemma of increasing farmers’ income, take industrial prosperity as the basis of rural revitalization, lock the characteristic agricultural industry in minority areas, and comprehensively promote rural revitalization. This paper takes H City, a minority area, as an example, where the farmers’ income increase difficulties mainly include the single agricultural industrial structure, the lack of public infrastructure and the low level of agricultural production technology. In view of the above predicament of increasing farmers’ income, this paper puts forward the feasible path and suggestions of increasing farmers’ income combined with the strategy of rural revitalization.
