老龄化背景下长三角区域老年人居环境宜居性评价探究

Exploring the Livability Evaluation of Elderly Living Environment in the Yangtze River Delta Region under the Background of Aging Population

摘要: 当前我国长三角区域正经历着快速老龄化的深刻变革，老年人的居住环境的改善还未跟上如此快速的变革，因此，老年人居住环境宜居性评价成为应对人口老龄化、优化老年人居住环境的重要举措。目前长三角区域缺乏完善的老年人居住环境宜居性评价标准体系，导致老年人居住环境宜居性优化存在一些问题。本文基于《第四次中国城乡老年人生活状况抽样调查长三角区域数据集》数据，以长三角区域老年人宜居环境情况为研究对象，以安全性、健康性、便捷性和舒适性为标准，系统梳理分析老年人居住环境宜居性指标，以基于论文构建的评价体系，运用Excel、SPSS、统计综合评分法，分析长三角区域老年人居住环境情况并进行具体统计分析，评价长三角区域老年人居住环境宜居性现状，提出客观的的长三角区域老年人居住环境宜居性优化对策，以便加强老年人居住环境宜居性建设发展。

Abstract: At present, the Yangtze River Delta region in China is undergoing profound changes in rapid aging, and the improvement of the living environment for the elderly has not kept up with such rapid changes. Therefore, the livability evaluation of the living environment for the elderly has become an important measure to address population aging and optimize the living environment for the elderly. Due to the lack of a complete evaluation standard system for the livability of elderly living environments in the Yangtze River Delta region, there are some problems in optimizing the livability of elderly living environments. This article is based on the data from the Fourth Sampling Survey of the Living Conditions of Urban and Rural Elderly People in China in the Yangtze River Delta Region. The livable environment of the elderly in the Yangtze River Delta region is the research object, and safety, health, convenience, and comfort are the standards. The livable indicators of the elderly living environment are systematically analyzed. Based on the evaluation system constructed in the paper, Excel, SPSS, statistical comprehensive scoring method, and descriptive statistical method are used, Conduct specific statistical analysis on the living environment of the elderly in the Yangtze River Delta region, evaluate the current livability status of the elderly living environment in the region, and propose objective optimization strategies for the livability of the elderly living environment in the Yangtze River Delta region, in order to strengthen the development of livability construction for the elderly living environment.
